Telnyx is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and operate enterprise AI and communications solutions for customers in the UAE and broader GCC. The role involves customer discovery, architecture, POCs, production deployments, troubleshooting, observability, model routing, and handoff documentation, while collaborating with an Enterprise Account Executive and Telnyx Product and Engineering. It requires production software experience, proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, and Go, Kubernetes, observability, high-concurrency systems, API development, and customer-facing communication in English and Arabic. The position is based in Dubai or requires relocation, is hybrid with travel across the UAE and GCC, and offers sponsorship eligibility.
