Description
ISHIR is seeking a mid-level Forward Deployed Engineer to work embedded with client stakeholders, rapidly prototype AI and agentic solutions, and harden them for production alongside the client's team. The role bridges ISHIR delivery teams and client engineering or business teams, troubleshoots API, data, and infrastructure integrations, and feeds field learnings into reusable accelerators. It requires 5–8 years of full-stack engineering experience, including at least 1–2 years in a client-embedded or startup-style role, along with LLM API and agent-framework experience, cloud deployment experience, and strong client-facing ownership.
