DeployCo is hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a technical lead on high-stakes, ambiguous customer deployments. The role owns problems from definition through resolution, guides deployment strategy, builds reusable deployment capabilities, and helps grow a team while translating field experience into product and research priorities. It is based in San Francisco or New York City, uses a hybrid model with three office days per week, offers relocation assistance, and requires up to 50% travel.
