Description
Aircall is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to own the regional motion for its AI Voice Agent (AIVA) and AI Messaging Agent (AIMA). The role combines hands-on configuration, deployment, debugging, and delivery of AI agent solutions on strategic accounts with coaching the regional FDE team, building playbooks and reference architectures, driving pipeline and revenue outcomes, and influencing Product and Engineering roadmaps. Candidates need 5–6+ years of forward-deployed engineering or comparable experience, technical fluency with APIs and integrations, commercial judgment, executive stakeholder engagement, and a track record of owning complex projects. The base salary is $185,000–$256,000 USD.
