Description
Aircall is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to own the regional motion for its AI Voice Agent (AIVA) and AI Messaging Agent (AIMA). The role is a player-coach who personally configures, deploys, and debugs AI agent solutions on complex customer accounts, coaches the regional FDE team, develops deployment playbooks and reference architectures, drives regional pipeline and revenue targets, and represents field reality to Product and Engineering. The position requires 5–6+ years of hands-on forward-deployed engineering or comparable experience, technical fluency with APIs and integrations, commercial judgment, executive stakeholder engagement, and a track record of owning complex cross-functional projects.
