Orbital Industries is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineering Lead to build and lead its Forward Deployed Engineering function. The role delivers complex CurieOS deployments across industrial R&D, writes production code, designs architectures and integrations, supports customer adoption, and sets technical standards. It also hires, develops, and manages Forward Deployed Engineers while establishing reusable architectures, tooling, and playbooks. The position requires significant enterprise software delivery or forward deployed engineering experience, a track record of complex deployments, strong software engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
