Description
The Manager of a Generative AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team leads AI/ML engineers who develop, debug, and jointly deploy bespoke agentic solutions in customer environments. The role provides technical mentorship, establishes engineering standards, partners with sales and product leadership, leads technical hiring, identifies emerging-AI skill gaps, and collaborates on roadmaps and internal tools. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of cloud or technical customer-facing experience, 2 years managing a software or FDE team, and experience with AI/GenAI solutions, Python, or similar coding languages.
