Description
The Manager of a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team will lead engineers who develop, debug, and jointly deploy bespoke agentic AI solutions in customer environments. The role combines technical leadership, code and architectural standards, technical hiring, skill-gap management, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Google Cloud Regional Sales to resolve production-level AI obstacles. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of sales-engineering or technical-consulting experience, 2 years managing a software or FDE team, Python experience, and experience with AI/GenAI solutions, multi-agent workflows, or RAG systems.
