Sierra is hiring a Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer to own the full lifecycle of deploying and operating its AI platform in enterprise customer environments. The role involves designing deployment architectures, managing customer-managed cloud environments, building automation and operational processes, collaborating with engineering and customer technical teams, and supporting presales and onboarding. Candidates need at least four years of infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solution architecture experience, strong AWS, Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud networking expertise, and fluency in English and Japanese. The expected annual salary is ¥22,000,000–¥47,000,000, with equity compensation and benefits.
