Description
Sierra is hiring a Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer deployments for its AI platform. The role involves designing and executing deployment architectures, managing infrastructure across customer-owned cloud environments, developing automation and runbooks, supporting upgrades and incidents, and collaborating with enterprise customers, engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams. Candidates need at least four years of infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture experience, strong AWS and Terraform expertise, and experience with customer-facing deployments.
