Description
The Forward Deployed Operator will lead healthcare customer engagements from proof of concept through implementation, translate healthcare processes into workflow requirements, manage multiple implementations, monitor production workflows, investigate failures, and serve as the primary relationship owner for customers transitioning to full contracts. The role requires at least one year of customer-facing, operations, or implementation experience, familiarity with AI tools and no-code or low-code automation platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with non-technical healthcare stakeholders. It is an on-site position in San Francisco with an annual salary of $150,000 to $200,000 USD and no visa sponsorship.
