Description
Bunkerhill is hiring its first Forward Deployed Product Leads to own the end-to-end deployment and optimization of AI-enabled care-delivery workflows across health systems. The role is hands-on, combining 25% pre-sales activities such as discovery, solution design, and pilot scoping with 75% post-sales work including implementation, workflow and agent configuration, training, change management, and ongoing optimization. The Lead will design and refine AI agents and prompts, map clinical workflows, build reusable platform solutions, partner with engineering and product teams, and serve as a primary partner to health-system customers. SF or NYC is preferred, with occasional travel to client sites.
