Description
Cresta is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent to own the outcomes, deployment lifecycle, customer relationships, and optimization of AI agents for customers. The role partners with Forward Deployed Engineers and cross-functional teams to design, build, test, integrate, and improve agents, while leading workshops and customer-facing deployments. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in technology consulting, implementations, product, or customer success, ideally with AI or LLM products, along with strong technical understanding, systems thinking, and experience leading complex deployments. The role offers a base salary range of $170,000–$280,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
