Description
Flume Health is hiring a Forward Deployed Program Manager to own program and healthcare data integration delivery for major client accounts, troubleshoot complex client problems, manage Jira intake and delivery cadence, and serve as the primary operational contact for senior client stakeholders. The role is distinguished by building, managing, and tuning AI agent workflows for integration diagnostics, client deliverables, reporting automation, intake processing, and data analysis. It requires 5+ years of consulting, implementation, or healthcare operations experience, strong client-facing and structured problem-solving abilities, and an AI-native approach; healthcare exposure and experience with TPA operations, claims, EDI, Jira, Snowflake, or healthcare integration platforms are preferred.
