Clearly AI is hiring a Customer Implementation Engineer to lead end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers, integrate Clearly AI with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and GitHub, configure security workflows, manage implementation timelines, translate deployment friction into product improvements, and support customer success and process infrastructure. The role requires at least two years of experience in GRC, privacy, security engineering, or security consulting, along with hands-on experience in threat modeling, vendor risk, privacy reviews, enterprise tooling, and cross-functional project management. Seattle or San Francisco is preferred, remote work is allowed, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
