Description

Twenty Technologies is hiring a full-time Site Reliability Engineer to work on-site at a government customer site in a restricted, air-gapped AWS environment. The role owns platform reliability, SLIs and SLOs, observability, incident response, runbooks, containerized deployments, Terraform infrastructure changes, capacity planning, and customer-facing technical support. It requires 5+ years of relevant experience, government or defense environment experience, a TS/SCI clearance with an appropriate polygraph, U.S. citizenship, and occasional travel.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of professional experience in site reliability engineering, production operations, or a closely related infrastructure role
Experience defining and tracking SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets in a production environment
Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and AWS in production deployments
Solid Linux/Unix systems administration skills in constrained environments
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and configuration
Experience with the LGTM observability stack or equivalent
Strong incident response experience, including post-mortems, runbooks, and preventive fixes
Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash for operational automation and experience with PagerDuty or equivalent on-call tooling
Experience working in or supporting government or defense environments, including air-gapped or enclave deployments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NATS or similar pub/sub messaging systems in production
Background in cyber operations, intelligence systems, or signals environments
AWS certifications in Solutions Architect, SysOps, or DevOps Engineer
