Description
Air is hiring a full-time Forward Deployed Software Engineer to work with customers onsite and remotely from Arlington, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, or remotely. The role focuses on building 0-to-1 customer-facing capabilities, conducting site visits, collaborating with product and design, iterating quickly on prototypes, and writing clean, testable, maintainable code. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience), at least 1 year of front-end or back-end software development experience, and familiarity with SQL, Java, and/or TypeScript/React. U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred, and the role may involve up to 50% travel.
