Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE) to partner with strategic customers and build production-ready, AI-native software solutions. The role owns backend services, LLM pipelines, APIs, frontend integrations, orchestration, observability, and reusable engineering assets, while embedding onsite with customers to adapt, deploy, and iterate in live environments. Candidates need 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in customer-facing or embedded roles, along with strong systems architecture, AI/LLM, backend and frontend, DevOps, and distributed-systems skills, and must be able to travel up to 30%.
