Lyric is hiring a remote, Director-level Forward Deployed Solution Strategist to serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to enterprise customers. The role owns account success, leads governance and executive engagements, embeds with customers to develop solution strategies, partners with Sales on expansion, builds platform prototypes, advocates for customer needs, and enables customer teams. Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant experience, deep expertise in modeling, planning, or AI/ML use cases, and strong executive communication skills. The position expects up to 30% travel primarily within the United States and offers an annual on-target earnings range of $180,000 to $240,000 plus equity.
