Description
Natera is seeking a Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer to enhance efficiency and productivity within various business domains like Commercial, Clinical Operations, Lab Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Experience. The role involves identifying workflow optimization opportunities using AI agents, integrations, and other patterns, then building, deploying, and running these solutions in production. The engineer will map existing and potential workflows, design future-state workflows considering data flow and agent-human interaction, and configure systems using approved AI platforms. They will also monitor agent performance, conduct evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure observability.
