Description
Lazer is hiring a remote, forward-deployed AI consulting practitioner to work with enterprise customers and frontier AI companies. The role owns the path from contract to measurable value, leads customer AI product discovery, translates requirements to engineering teams, manages project plans and risks, coaches non-technical teams in building AI workflows, and drives adoption and account expansion. Candidates should have at least three years of client-facing consulting, strategy, product, or project management experience, be hands-on with LLMs and AI workflow tools, and be comfortable translating between customers and engineering or data teams.
