Description
The Forward Deployment Engineer will own the end-to-end delivery experience for enterprise clients, including onboarding, integration, deployment planning, adoption, issue resolution, training, and customer success management. The role bridges product and enterprise stakeholders, coordinates with engineering and product teams, reviews and troubleshoots integrations and scripts, and translates customer feedback into product improvements. It requires at least three years of customer-facing technical experience, familiarity with modern web technologies and cloud platforms, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced greenfield environment.
