Description
The AI Voice Platform Implementation Engineer owns end-to-end customer rollouts for an AI voice and communication platform, translating product requirements into production workflows, integrations, prompts, guardrails, and monitoring. The role develops glue code, debugs live issues, creates reusable deployment playbooks, and feeds product feedback. It requires several years of implementation experience, LLM systems knowledge, API and authentication integration skills, coding ability in TypeScript or Python, and basic cloud deployment and observability experience. The position is fully remote for candidates in Germany or Austria, pays 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
