Netguru is hiring a Forward Deployment Engineer to embed with clients or internal teams, translate ambiguous business problems into technical scope, lead AI pre-sales, and ship production-grade AI systems such as copilots, agents, RAG pipelines, and automation. The role is split between client delivery and building reusable internal AI tools, requiring 5+ years of experience including 3+ years building AI-assisted systems and 2+ years in client-facing consulting or pre-sales engineering. Compensation is 20,000 PLN net on a B2B contract or 16,700 PLN gross on a Contract of Employment, with remote work available for full-time employees.
