NiCE is hiring an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-driven customer engagement solutions using its digital and AI portfolio. The role combines full-stack development, AI agent architecture, API and enterprise integrations, conversational automation, and customer solution engineering. The engineer will own AI agent lifecycles, develop prototypes and production capabilities, partner with customers and business stakeholders, and contribute to product innovation and technical demonstrations.
