Description
The Forward Deployment Engineer will implement and scale AI-based solutions in a security-critical environment, covering requirements, evaluation, prototyping, production deployment, integration with existing systems, mission-team leadership, value measurement, and governance. The role requires a relevant degree, experience leading interdisciplinary teams or acting as a technical project lead/Product Owner in agile software development, experience implementing complex software or data solutions in operational environments, and practical knowledge of modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems. The position can be based in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Hamburg, or Unterlüß, or potentially remotely, with benefits including flexible working models, a company pension plan, and further development opportunities.
