Description
SambaNova is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for its Customer Success Organization to work with strategic enterprise customers on production GenAI applications using the SN40L platform and SambaStack. The role involves architecting LLM workflows, optimizing inference performance, troubleshooting production issues across model, software, and hardware layers, translating customer needs into product requirements, supporting technical sales and proof-of-concept engagements, and developing reusable accelerators and reference architectures. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on engineering experience, strong GenAI and ML expertise, Python proficiency, cloud and MLOps experience, and willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites. The base salary range is ¥10,500,000–¥13,000,000 JPY, with US-based full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and HSA coverage.
