Description
The Forward Deployed Software Engineer will bridge product development, site reliability, and enterprise customer support for the ROBIN stack. The role writes and ships production code in Go, Python, and C; develops core orchestration and storage components; manages complex customer escalations and root-cause analysis; designs software-defined storage frameworks; deploys and upgrades customer environments; automates workflows with Helm and Kubernetes operators; and maintains distributed-system reliability, capacity planning, debugging, and collaboration with core engineering.
