Description
Maxima is hiring a Forward Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise implementations of its agentic accounting platform. The role owns technical and operational delivery, coordinates with customers, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, manages deployment timelines, creates standardized deployment frameworks, supports pre-sales scoping, and translates customer workflows into implementation plans. Candidates need at least three years of enterprise customer-facing technical experience, a track record leading complex software deployments, financial-system knowledge, and strong project management and communication skills. The role is based in Maxima’s downtown Toronto office and requires in-person collaboration four to five days per week.
