Allianz Technology is hiring a Data Platform Engineer to implement and engineer the Allianz Data Platform for operating entities. The role involves configuring Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric; building batch and streaming data integration pipelines; establishing high availability, access controls, observability, governance, and security; extending platform capabilities to AI and GenAI; and delivering reusable components and engineering best practices. Candidates need a relevant technical degree, at least five years of enterprise data-platform experience, strong Databricks and Azure data-service expertise, Python and SQL skills, and experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
