DHL Global Forwarding is hiring a Forwarding Project Specialist to manage complex industrial project cargo, oversized and breakbulk shipments, and multimodal transport from planning through final delivery. The role coordinates customers, carriers, terminals, ports, and DHL teams; arranges permits, route studies, heavy-lift operations, and specialized transport; supports quotations and tenders; and maintains operational and financial control. Candidates need extensive sea and air freight knowledge, customs and documentation experience, 3–5 years of project-cargo experience, Dutch and English communication skills, strong arithmetic and accuracy, and problem-solving ability. The position offers an open-ended contract, a 39-hour week, teleworking after training, training courses, and career opportunities.
