Description
The Foster Care Case Manager provides child and family-centered care in the home, court, and community, including assessment, safety and goal planning, case management, and coordination. The role serves a blended case load across Muskegon and Ottawa Counties and requires a BSW or related bachelor’s degree, prior experience with children and families and community-based work, knowledge of the two counties, a clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
