Caritas Family Solutions is hiring a full-time, exempt Foster Care Case Manager to support children and families in foster care. The role coordinates with DCFS, youth, birth families, foster parents, therapists, attorneys, CASA representatives, and community providers to maintain placement safety, address barriers to permanency, secure services, document cases, attend required meetings, and participate in court hearings when necessary. The position requires a bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field, two years of experience for specialized casework assignments, previous case management experience preferred, a Child Welfare Employee License, reliable transportation, an automobile, auto insurance, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $58,000 annually, with health, dental, vision, paid time off, training, life insurance, a 403(b) contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
