Lydia Home Association is hiring a Foster Care Case Manager for Cook County in Chicago, Illinois. The role supports wards of the state and their families by coordinating services, conducting foster home visits, moving cases toward permanency in juvenile court, and arranging sibling visitation. The position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, requires a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, licensure through Illinois Department of Children & Family Services exams, strong communication and organization skills, and access to personal transportation and a current Illinois driver's license. Spanish fluency is a plus.
