Description
The role performs foundation and excavation work, installs formwork and reinforcement, pours concrete, checks work quality and accuracy, follows construction plans and schedules, and maintains a safe and organized workplace. It is a 40-hour-per-week position with a permanent contract after a successful introductory period, internal training, career advancement opportunities, and benefits including work clothing, personal protective equipment, meal vouchers, pension contributions, clothing allowance, holiday pay, and vacation days. Candidates should be physically fit for heavy work, have technical insight, be a team player, and hold a category B driver's license; construction-sector experience is advantageous but beginners are welcome.
