Forum Ventures’ AI Studio is seeking a founder/operator to explore venture studio opportunities in geospatial capture and physical asset intelligence, focused on real-time digital representations of infrastructure condition and value for utilities, insurers, lenders, and regulators. The studio supports founders with capital, fundraising support, validation resources, and operating help to build and launch B2B SaaS companies quickly, with an emphasis on selling into utilities and infrastructure owners, building audit-grade field data products, and leading teams in North America.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Early-stage operator experience in geospatial capture and physical asset intelligence
Experience selling inspection, LiDAR, or geospatial technology into utilities, DOTs, or infrastructure owners
Experience building capture networks or field data products for audit-grade condition truth
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to attract, hire, and lead world-class teams
Passion for technology-driven impact
Interest in becoming a venture-backed founder
Based in Canada or the United States and able to work North American time zones
Familiarity with product development, growth, recruitment, and legal processes
