This 0-to-1 Operator role joins the founding team of an AI recruiting startup and leads founder-priority projects across product, growth, operations, partnerships, candidate experience, conversion funnels, go-to-market messaging, and end-to-end execution. The role requires substantial hands-on operations ownership, the ability to drive outcomes independently, comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional context switching, and a background in high-performance organizations. It is an on-site, fully in-person position in San Francisco with a salary of $90,000 to $120,000 USD annually and available visa sponsorship.
