Easyship is hiring a remote Founder's Analyst to serve as the founder's analytical right hand, translating cross-functional data into commercial insights and recommendations. The role involves building SQL queries and models, using modern AI tooling, defining success metrics, managing the business by exception, and supporting ad-hoc deep dives. Candidates should have approximately three years of quantitative or analytical experience, strong SQL, commercial acumen, and experience in a data-intensive environment; Python, AI modelling, or internal-tool experience is a bonus. The position reports directly to the founders and offers stock units, wellness reimbursement, and four weeks of work-from-anywhere time.
