Adaptyv is hiring a Founders Associate to own and build the operational backbone of its rapidly growing biotech company. The role is a high-ownership generalist responsible for end-to-end workstreams across finance, customer operations, hiring, supplier relationships, lab logistics, internal coordination, and process automation. The associate will use AI tools, Python, Notion, and no-code tools to turn manual workflows into scalable systems and will work on-site in Lausanne, Switzerland, starting ASAP.
