Description
The Founders Associate supports the founders of an AI startup focused on business AI and intelligent agents. The role covers fundraising, investor relations, market and competitive analysis, investor presentations, and the development of fundraising toolchains using platforms such as HubSpot, Crunchbase, Google Analytics, and Make/Zapier. It requires an entrepreneurial mindset, relevant business or finance background, startup experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent German and English. The position follows a hybrid model with three on-site meetings per week and is limited to applicants resident in Germany.
