Description
The Founders Associate will work closely with the CEO of an early-stage AI-powered enterprise content platform in Munich, supporting sales, outbound pipeline development, client interactions, daily operations, process building, cross-functional coordination, and product and content strategy. The role requires 1.5–2 years of full-time experience, strong German and English communication, hands-on experience with Claude Code or Cursor, and prior independent product or community-building experience. It is an on-site position with a salary of 65,000–130,000 EUR annually, equity opportunity, and no visa sponsorship.
