Description
Finto is hiring a Founders Associate to work directly with its CEO and help shape the company’s operations and growth. The role covers enterprise sales and GTM processes, recruiting and onboarding, internal operations, and day-to-day business support, with frequent context-switching between customer pitches, deal work, and hiring. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, high-growth startups, or a similarly demanding environment, a degree from a top business school or university, strong German and English communication skills, and the ability to work directly with founders in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Munich with a five-day-in-office culture.
