Foundational is hiring a full-time, on-site Founders Associate in London to work directly with the company's founders on commercial deals, operations, strategy, fundraising, analysis, investor and board materials, partner and supplier relationships, and cross-team follow-up. The role requires 1–4 years of experience in consulting, banking, venture capital, a startup, or a similar field, along with structured thinking, writing, spreadsheet, ownership, and ambiguity skills; a STEM degree, startup experience, and interest in space or defence policy are preferred.
