GenPeach is hiring a Founders Associate to partner directly with the CEO and leadership on high-priority, cross-functional growth initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across product experiments, go-to-market planning, market research, business cases, client conversations, hiring, and automation. It is intended for someone who has built something from zero, is fluent in English, and is comfortable owning messy problems end to end.
