Description
GetGround is hiring a Founder Associate to support its CEO and COO by owning high-priority problems end to end, including data analysis, modeling, strategy execution, board and investor preparation, and identifying new opportunities. The role requires strong commercial judgment, clear communication, influence without authority, resilience, and 2 to 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup operating role. Fintech or regulated financial services exposure and experience taking something from zero to one are preferred.
