Grale is hiring a full-time Founders Associate to work directly with its founders on operations, strategic projects, partnerships, business development, communications, project coordination, logistics, customer communication, financial reporting, and other ad hoc tasks. The role is based in the company’s modern office in central Stockholm and requires on-site presence, strong English and Swedish communication skills, startup or high-performance experience, independent ownership, and strong stakeholder management.
