Description
Heidi Systems is hiring a Founder's Associate to work directly with founder Paul on high-leverage projects across operations, sales, product, and strategy. The role owns customers and properties end-to-end, improves manual processes through No-Code and Low-Code solutions, supports fundraising and customer meetings, tracks progress, drives initiatives, analyzes markets, and builds reporting and tracking systems. It requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, startup, consulting, M&A, VC/PE, real estate, or comparable experience, strong analytical and communication skills, German fluency, and English proficiency. The position is based in Berlin Mitte, starts immediately or on a rolling basis, and offers a potential takeover option and long-term employee participation.
