Description
The Founder’s Associate will work directly with the founders of a Web3 startup on high-priority projects, strategic initiatives, product strategy and roadmap, hiring, market and competitor research, partnerships, special projects, and AI-enabled workflow automation. The role requires strong execution, organization, independent prioritization, adaptability across product, strategy, and operations, curiosity, and comfort with AI tools. Previous startup experience, entrepreneurial projects, product, growth, or business development experience, and Web3, AI, or SaaS backgrounds are preferred. The position is in-office in Berlin and offers a €70,000–€90,000 base salary, performance bonus, equity potential, and significant ownership from day one.
