SAEKI is hiring a Founders Associate to support the Chief of Staff and CEO in running and scaling a fast-growing deep-tech company. The role covers onboarding, board materials, logistics, HR, accounting, compliance, vendor coordination, and other operational work, while also contributing to financing, expansion planning, and partnerships. It is based on-site at Factory ONE in Munich and requires prior experience in a fast-paced environment, strong operational and strategic execution, ownership, people skills, and fluency in German and English.
