Description
The Founders Associate will work directly with the company founder on high-priority strategic initiatives, decision support, operational rhythms, market and performance research, and process improvements. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth startup, a bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, or a comparable field, strong analytical and communication skills, and professional German and English proficiency. The position is preferably hybrid in Luxembourg and offers flexible working arrangements, 30 days of annual vacation, and a competitive salary depending on experience.
